Content Policy
Creative portraits, with consent
This service is for adults aged 18 or over using their own photo or photos of adults who have given explicit consent. Celebrities and public figures are not permitted, even where permission is claimed.
Prohibited content
Do not upload, request or generate sexual or NSFW content, nudity, non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII), violence or graphic gore, hate speech or hateful symbols, child-unsafe content or images of minors. Non-graphic theatrical costume makeup is allowed.
Identity and intellectual property
Impersonation of real people without consent is prohibited. Do not misrepresent an AI video as a real event. Copyright and trademark infringement, protected character likenesses and unauthorized reference images are prohibited. Use original costumes and designs.
Safety review and enforcement
Inputs and prompts must pass safety review before a generation provider is called. Uncertain submissions are blocked. Rejected or failed jobs return deducted credits once. We may remove violating content, suspend accounts, preserve necessary evidence and respond to lawful requests.
Reports and human review
Report a concern to support@halloweenaigenerator.com with the relevant job ID or page URL, a description and your contact details. Do not send sensitive images by email. Kai Liu reviews reports and determines appropriate removal or account action.
Appeals
You can appeal a rejection, removal or suspension by emailing support@halloweenaigenerator.com with the decision and supporting context. A human reviews the appeal; automated decisions are not treated as final. Do not resubmit prohibited content while an appeal is pending.
AI disclosure
Outputs must be identified as AI-generated. Free outputs include a visible AI-generated label. Video generation remains closed until the labeling processor is configured. Do not remove disclosure when sharing. Do not remove disclosure to deceive others.
