Refund Policy
Checkout status
Checkout is closed while pricing and the Waffo store are reviewed. No live payment is accepted.
Unused purchases
Once purchases are enabled, request a refund within 7 days if none of the purchased credits have been used. Used credits are generally not refundable except as required by law. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Rejected and failed jobs
Requests rejected before a task is created do not consume credits. Deducted credits for failed or rejected jobs are returned automatically once. Trial credits have no cash value. A successful result consumes credits even if its appearance is not preferred.
Billing problems
Duplicate charges or payments with undelivered credits are eligible for review regardless of the standard window. Approved monetary refunds are handled through Waffo Pancake; unused refunded credits are revoked.
