Terms of Service
Operator
Halloween AI Generator is operated by Kai Liu, an Individual based in China. Contact: support@halloweenaigenerator.com. Updated October 15, 2026.
Eligibility and permission
You must be at least 18. You must own your uploads or have the depicted adults’ explicit permission and the necessary rights. Our Content Policy forms part of these terms.
Service and results
AI results can be inaccurate and vary between runs. Do not rely on them as evidence of real events. You retain your rights in uploads and authorize processing only to provide, secure and support the service.
Credits and purchases
Only one-time credit packs are planned; there are no subscriptions. Pricing is under owner review and checkout is closed. Trial credits have no cash value and expire after 30 days. One video uses one credit. Failed or rejected jobs return deducted credits once.
Enforcement and disputes
We may restrict violating use under the Content Policy. Contact support for human review or an appeal. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. These terms do not guarantee exclusive rights in AI outputs.
