Per-photo and per-video dollar math
The dollar amount is the pack price multiplied by the credits a result uses, divided by the credits in the pack. It is the pre-tax rate. Checkout shows applicable taxes before you pay.
$5.99 × 2 ÷ 20 = $0.599 per catrina photo (default) on the Starter pack.
$5.99 × 10 ÷ 20 = $2.995 per 5-second catrina video on the Starter pack.
$9.99 × 2 ÷ 40 = $0.4995 per catrina photo (default) on the Popular pack.
$9.99 × 10 ÷ 40 = $2.4975 per 5-second catrina video on the Popular pack.
$19.99 × 2 ÷ 100 = $0.3998 per catrina photo (default) on the Party pack.
$19.99 × 10 ÷ 100 = $1.999 per 5-second catrina video on the Party pack.
A pack that does not contain enough credits for a five-second video can still pay for photos. Buy a larger pack or use credits already on the account; leftover credits stay available.
What each pack covers
The $5.99 Starter pack (20 credits) covers 10 photos at 2 credits each and 2 videos at 10 credits each. The $9.99 Popular pack (40 credits) covers 20 photos at 2 credits each and 4 videos at 10 credits each. The $19.99 Party pack (100 credits) covers 50 photos at 2 credits each and 10 videos at 10 credits each.
Why the photo is the cheaper start
A Catrina photo uses 2 credits, so one small pack can cover several portraits. A five-second video uses 10 credits because it is a separate render with motion, not an animation of the still image.
If you are trying more than one look, generate photos first and choose the look you like before spending on video. You can use the same source photo for another look without uploading a new one.
Failures, refunds and what you do not pay twice
Rejected requests do not use credits. Reserved credits are returned automatically when a queued request fails safety review or generation.
A successful result uses its credits even when you would have preferred a different look. Unused purchases follow the Refund Policy. Email support with your account email and order or job ID if a payment and a balance do not match.
No subscription, no expiry
Packs are a one-time payment, not a subscription. Credits never expire. There is no free generation, and new accounts receive no free credits. Applicable taxes appear at checkout.
Current packs are $5.99 for 20 credits (Starter), $9.99 for 40 credits (Popular), and $19.99 for 100 credits (Party). Prices and credit costs on this page are read from the live catalog, so they match the generator and checkout.
